Rasa Architektura: Feel first, read later — **1. Feel first, read later** The hero holds only the space, the wordmark, and the line “we_” with a rotating verb: sense, design, create, innovate, connect. Category text was removed so attention lands on atmosphere. Two CTAs serve two kinds of visitor: “View Selected Works” for those still judging taste, “Start a Project” for those ready now. A pause motion control stays available.

Rasa Architektura: Concept work, shown honestly and in sequence — **2. Concept work, shown honestly and in sequence** Selected Works presents four studies in a horizontal cascade. One piece gets full focus before the next takes over, like turning portfolio sheets. Each card carries category, location, area, and a short description, so the image has context. The “Concept Study” label stays visible, because this section shows design direction, not a record of built projects.

Rasa Architektura: A process that lowers uncertainty — **3. A process that lowers uncertainty** Prospects who have never hired an architect need to know what happens after they reach out. Five stages, from Sense & Discover to Build & Deliver, sit in a pinned section on desktop scroll. The image changes with each stage. On mobile, the steps stack vertically so each explanation reads right away, without a long interaction.

Rasa Architektura: A form that continues the story — **4. A form that continues the story** The closing section asks “Tell us how the space should feel”, handing the theme of sense back to the visitor. The form splits into three steps: About you, The project, Scope & vision, with a progress indicator. Service, project type, location, area, and budget fields help the studio judge fit before the first call. A “Not Sure Yet” option gives undecided visitors a way through.

Context

Rasa Architektura is an architecture and interior practice based in BSD, Tangerang, with a residential focus. Its philosophy is short: sense is more. Rasa means how a space feels, from light and material to air and the way people move. The name, philosophy, founding year, and location follow the brief. Jelas developed the digital expression. The audience is homeowners, landowners planning a personal home, and developers. Their decision needs trust and conversation, not an impulse purchase.

Challenge

Architecture is an experience of space, and that is hard to carry through a screen. Studio websites often fall into two extremes: photos without explanation, or long text without atmosphere. Rasa Architektura needed both, in the right order. Visitors should feel first, then understand the principles, services, and process. After that they need a clear way to start a project. The page had to stay calm without hiding the contact path. With no built projects to document, sample work had to be labelled as concept.

Why this work works

The communication follows what the studio sells: the experience of space. Images, spacing, typography, and the rhythm of dark and light sections work together before any text asks for something. The sequence moves from curiosity to understanding, then to readiness for a conversation. The “sense is more” theme from the opening returns as the form's question and closes the page in the footer. Our hypothesis: visitors who already understand how the studio works will arrive with more relevant briefs. This has not been tested with visitor data.
